Electrocution is a major cause of accidental death, as well as wrongful death lawsuits. In his latest post to our Virginia personal injury attorneys’ website, my colleague Rick Shapiro, reports on the death of an electrical subcontractor from Virginia Beach, VA, who was working in Maryland. The man from was electrocuted when he was hit by a live wire while doing maintenance on a power pole.
